Delivery methods and costs

lineacortesia.it only accepts orders with delivery within Italian territory.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time
of the order shall be deemed valid: no changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer during registration. No invoices can be issued after the order has been placed.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully check the data entered in the “billing address” field, which cannot be changed once the order has entered the shipping phase. The invoice will be made out to the address entered in the billing field at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to make out the invoice to a different name or address. No change to the invoice will therefore be possible.

Where provided, delivery costs are borne by the customer and are explicitly indicated at the time the order is placed, except where specific promotions apply.

The ordered products are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 2/3 working days from the date of payment. In view of the large number of items listed on the website, if guaranteed urgent delivery is required, it is advisable to send an availability request to info@lineacortesia.it. Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of the availability of the requested items. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days compared to the confirmation date communicated by lineacortesia.it to the customer, the customer shall be entitled to cancel the order and terminate the contract, with a full refund of the amount paid.
5.6 lineacortesia.it shall not be liable for any damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from delays in shipment and/or delivery.

Delivery

Unless expressly indicated otherwise by the lineacortesia.it Customer Service, delivery is intended at street level (ground floor).

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to
check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that possibly indicated by e-mail
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be immediately reported
by adding a WRITTEN RESERVATION OF INSPECTION on the courier’s delivery note. Once the courier’s document has been signed without reservation, the customer may no longer raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered packaging and the products contained therein. Any issues relating to the physical integrity, conformity or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery to the lineacortesia.it Customer Service at: info@lineacortesia.it.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a written notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery. If the redelivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier will return the package to lineacortesia.it and the order will be automatically cancelled. In such a case, the customer will be refunded the amount paid in advance, net of shipping costs (meaning the costs relating to the return of the goods and the handling of the storage procedure).
