Right of Withdrawal

Private customers are entitled to request the return of products, under penalty of forfeiture, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to organize the shipment of the products to be returned and to bear the related costs.

The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:
– the purchased product must be returned in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, etc.);
– the product must be intact and fully resellable: it must not have been used, nor installed on other machinery and/or instruments, nor in any way subjected to any treatment/use that would make it unsuitable for resale. lineacortesia.it will carry out the appropriate checks to verify the integrity of the products and hereby reserves the right to refuse the return if any use and/or tampering with the product is found;
– the purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including cases, packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.). The customer must take all necessary care and precautions to avoid damage during transport, properly packing all products. Where possible, lineacortesia.it recommends placing the products in a second box and indicating the return authorization number. In all cases, labels or adhesive tape must not be applied directly to the product’s original packaging.
Transport of the product is entirely under the customer’s responsibility until it arrives at the warehouse of lineacortesia.it.

In the event of damage to the product during transport, lineacortesia.it will promptly notify the customer. The product will be made available to the customer and the withdrawal request will be cancelled. lineacortesia.it shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft/loss, etc. of goods shipped by the customer for return.

If the return procedure has been correctly carried out, lineacortesia.it will refund the customer the full amount paid by issuing a credit via bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer. The refund procedure will remain suspended until the products have been received by lineacortesia.it.
The costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the amount due to the customer as a refund.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for customised products.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, lineacortesia.it will notify the customer by email.
