GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
1.1 The contract concluded between lineacortesia.it and the customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance of the order by lineacortesia.it. Such acceptance shall be deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the customer. By placing an order in the various modes provided, the customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and fully accepts the general conditions and payment below.
1.2 The customer, upon completion of the online purchase process, has the burden of printing, saving an electronic copy and/or otherwise storing these general terms and conditions.
2. Mode of purchase.
2.1 The customer may purchase only the products in the electronic catalog at the time of placing the order, viewable online at (URL) https://www.lineacortesia.it/, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products present in the picture.
All purchase support information is intended to be merely general information material, not referable to the actual characteristics of an individual product.
2.2 The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by lineacortesia.it by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer, which will contain the ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication.
2.3 The message repeats all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described below.
2.4 If, in view of the breadth of the catalog and the amount of information contained therein, is erroneously generated by the site a sale price different from the actual one, lineacortesia.it will, through its Customer Service, notify the customer and possibly, if requested by the customer, cancel the order.
2.5 In the event of exhaustion - even temporary - of stocks, lineacortesia.it may reject the purchase request upon notice to the customer, to whom may also indicate any replacement products that may be available. Except in the event that the customer requests to purchase a product in replacement of the out of stock, lineacortesia.it will refund any sums already paid by the customer as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the order was cancelled.
3. Prices
3.1) All prices published at the time of order apply. Prices refer to the items depicted according to the description. We reserve the right to errors and price changes. All prices on the site are shown without VAT (percentage currently in force in Italy 22%) (excluding shipping costs and - if required - for cash on delivery service).
4. Methods of payment
4.1) PayPal
In case of payment through Paypal, the Customer agrees to make the payment through the methods communicated by e-mail from lineacortesia.it within 10 days of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled. The shipment of what has been ordered will take place only after receipt of payment.
PayPal is a very simple, fast and reliable payment method popular on the web that allows you to purchase without entering credit card information.
By selecting PayPal payment, the customer will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where they will enter their email address and password and make the payment.
4.2) Bank Transfer in Advance
lineacortesia.it will provide the Customer via e-mail the bank details of credit. The shipment of what has been ordered will take place upon the actual crediting of the amount due on the c / c which must take place within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the reference number of the order.
4.3 Marking
Payment by COD (which involves an additional fixed charge of €. 5.00) is to be made to the courier upon delivery of the product in cash or by cashier's check payable to the courier.
5. Method and cost of delivery
5.1 lineacortesia.it accepts orders only with delivery in the Italian territory.
5.2 The information provided by the customer at the time of issuance of the invoice shall be the basis for issuing the invoice
Of the order: no changes will be possible after the issuance of the same. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer during registration. Invoices cannot be issued after the order has been placed.
5.3 It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully verify the information entered in the “billing address” field, which cannot be changed once the order has entered the shipping stage. The invoice will be made out to the address entered in the billing field at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to make the invoice out to a different name or address. No changes in the invoice will therefore be possible.
5.4 Where applicable, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and explicitly stated at the time the order is placed, unless there are specific promotions.
5.5 Requested products are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 2/3 working days from the date of payment. Given the high quantity of codes on the site, in case of need for urgent guaranteed delivery we recommend sending availability request to info@lineacortesia.it. Within 24 hours you will receive a guarantee on the availability of the requested items. In case of delay of more than 30 days from the date of confirmation communicated by lineacortesia.it to the customer, he will have the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract, with full refund of the amount paid.
5.6 lineacortesia.it shall not be liable for any damages, either direct or indirect, resulting from delays in shipment and/or delivery.
6. Delivery
6.1 Unless explicitly stated by lineacortesia.it Customer Service, delivery is intended to be street level.
6.2 Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to
check:
- That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what may have been indicated via e-mail
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be challenged immediately,
affixing WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed without affixing a reservation, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the packaging delivered and the products inside. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery to lineacortesia.it Customer Service at: info@lineacortesia.it.
6.3 In the case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a written notice stating the references to agree on a new redelivery. In case the redelivery is not successful, the courier will return to lineacortesia.it the package, and the order will be automatically canceled. In this case, the customer will be refunded the value anticipated by the same net of shipping costs (by which is meant expenses related to the return of the goods and the practice of storage).
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 The customer has the right to request the return of products, under penalty of forfeiture, within the maximum period of 14 days after receipt by sending an e-mail to the address:

As soon as the communication is received, the Customer Service of lineacortesia.it will contact the customer via email informing him/her of the return authorization number, which the customer must indicate on the return form that he/she will receive from lineacortesia.it via email. The product must be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return authorization number and must take place at the registered office of lineacortesia.it. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the shipment of the products to be returned and to pay the related costs.
7.2 The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:
- must be returned the purchased product in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex: accessories, etc.);
- the product must be intact and fully resalable: it must not have been used, nor must it have been installed on other machinery and / or tools, or otherwise have undergone treatment / use such as to make it unsuitable for resale. lineacortesia.it will perform the appropriate checks to ascertain the integrity of the products, reserving the right to refuse the return if it is found to be used and / or tampered with the product;
- the purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including cases, packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.). It is necessary for the customer to take all necessary care and attention to avoid damage in transit, properly packing all products. lineacortesia.it recommends, when possible, to place the products in a second box and report the acceptance number to the return. It should be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
The transport of the product takes place under the full responsibility of the customer, and this is until the arrival at the warehouse of lineacortesia.it.
7.3 In case of damage to the goods during transport, lineacortesia.it will immediately notify the customer. The product will be made available to the customer and the request for withdrawal will be canceled. lineacortesia.it is not liable in any way for damage, theft/loss, etc. of goods sent by the customer for return.
7.4 If the return procedure is properly carried out, lineacortesia.it will refund the customer the full amount paid by credit procedure by bank transfer to the coordinates communicated by the customer. The refund procedure will remain suspended until the receipt of the products by lineacortesia.it.
Costs related to the return of the product shall be borne by the customer, and may be deducted from the amount due to the customer as a refund.
7.5 The right of withdrawal is excluded with respect to customized products.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, lineacortesia.it will notify by email.
8. Guarantees
8.1 The customer acknowledges that lineacortesia.it is exclusively a trader of products manufactured by third parties, therefore the warranty on the proper functioning and compliance of the product with current regulations is limited to the legal warranty to which the manufacturer itself is subject, to which reference is made in full. The customer acknowledges that this warranty is strictly subject to the correct use of the product as specified in the catalogs and/or manuals made available by the manufacturer and in the settings on the product itself.
8.2 In case of defects found on the products, the customer should send an email to:
info@lineacortesia.it, describing the precise nature of the defect, attaching photographs. This must be done under penalty of forfeiture within 8 days from the date of receipt of the products with regard to apparent defects (by way of example but not limited to: the state of the packaging, quantity, number or external characteristics of the products, etc.) or within 8 days from the discovery of the defect if they are hidden defects that cannot be detected by diligent inspection upon receipt of the goods.
The non-conformity report shall specify precisely the defective product, the product code, the date of delivery and the nature of the defect, and shall be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or accompanying document. After the aforementioned time limits have elapsed, the claim can no longer be accepted.
8.3 The Products subject to complaint must be immediately sent by the customer to lineacortesia.it at its own care and expense in order to allow lineacortesia.it to send them, in case of manufacturing defects or non-conformity, to the manufacturer. The latter, after verification of the existence of the defect complained of, will provide for its replacement and / or repair.
8.4 In no event does lineacortesia.it guarantee that the products supplied are suitable for the specific needs of the customer's business, even in the event that lineacortesia.it has provided, at the request of the customer, consulting activities having to do with the product itself. The parties, therefore, acknowledge that the aforementioned advice has merely indicative value and cannot give rise to any liability on the part of lineacortesia.it.
8.5 Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of lineacortesia.it, any further contractual or extra-contractual liability that may arise in any way from, or in connection with, the supply of dissimilar or defective products, including but not limited to liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, as well as those arising from the failure or curtailment of production, is expressly excluded.
8.6 In no event shall lineacortesia.it be liable for damages caused by improper use of the product, incorrect or deficient maintenance, misplacement, tampering or other acts of negligence attributable to the customer.
8.7 In any case lineacortesia.it shall not be liable to pay damages in excess of the consideration received for the individual supply made.
9. Complaints - Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
9.1 The contract of sale between lineacortesia.it and the customer is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
9.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to the contract concluded between the parties will be resolved, if possible, by amicable negotiation of the parties. In this regard, the customer must send an express complaint to lineacortesia.it fully describing the facts and explaining all its demands.
If the dispute is not resolved by amicable negotiation of the parties, they agree in advance to refer the dispute to the mediation body at the Padua Chamber of Commerce in order to find a solution.
Should such an attempt also prove unsuccessful, the court of Padua will have jurisdiction for any dispute.
