Request a Return

Right of withdrawal

Private customers have the right to request a return of products, subject to forfeiture of that right, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the shipment of the products to be returned and to pay the associated costs.

The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:
– The purchased product must be returned in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, etc.);
– The product must be in perfect condition and fully resalable: it must not have been used, installed on other machinery and/or equipment, or otherwise subjected to any treatment or use that would render it unsuitable for resale. lineacortesia.it will conduct the necessary checks to verify the condition of the products and reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is found to have been used and/or tampered with;
– The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including cases, packaging, and any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc.). The customer must take all necessary precautions to prevent damage during shipping by properly packaging all products. lineacortesia.it recommends, whenever possible, placing the products in a second box and noting the return authorization number on it. Under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be applied directly to the product’s original packaging.
The transport of the product takes place under the full responsibility of the customer, and this is until the arrival at the warehouse of lineacortesia.it.

In the event that the item is damaged during shipping, lineacortesia.it will immediately notify the customer. The product will be made available to the customer, and the return request will be canceled. lineacortesia.it is not liable in any way for damage, theft, loss, etc., of items shipped by the customer for return.

Provided that the return process is completed correctly, lineacortesia.it will refund the customer the full amount paid via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. The refund process will be suspended until lineacortesia.it receives the products.
Costs related to the return of the product shall be borne by the customer, and may be deducted from the amount due to the customer as a refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, lineacortesia.it will notify by email.
